Kerri Studied Foods and Nutrition for three years at the University of Manitoba before graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1999. During her studies she completed an internship with heavy focus on Paediatrics and Obstetrics. She continues to build her knowledge base by attending postgraduate studies in areas such as back pain rehab, functional assessment, acupuncture, and kiniso taping to name a few.
Her interests surround Womens health, healthy aging, pain relief and injury prevention and peak performance of the everyday athlete. She is passionate about active living, whole foods nutrition and maintaining functional capacity with age.
Dr. Brooker’s treatments include manual and instrument adjustments, acupuncture, myofascial release, and soft tissue massage~ every body is unique as is the treatment provided.
Dr. Brooker has been active in the community working with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board on the Test Question Review Committee. She has volunteered her time as a board member of the Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre, Youth Mentor at Fort Whyte Farms, Literacy Advocate with Winnipeg School Division and volunteers her services to the wonderful women at Villa Rosa— a supportive space for young moms.
